Currently, our shop suggests delivery to Belgium, Canada, France (including French overseas territories), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Russia, Spain, Switzerland the United Unie and United State. We can also deliver to other countries, so if your country was not mentioned, please contact us.
TOTAL Delivery Time
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it, which generally takes 3-4 weeks, depending on artist availability, the complexity of the painting, shipping delays and destination.
The total delivery time is comprised of two parts :
- The processing time
Processing time for a painting is the time from when you submit your order to when the painting leaves the studio. The processing time generally takes 2 or 3 weeks to complete, but may take up to 4 or 5 weeks depending on artist availability and the complexity of the painting. Very large or complicated paintings and orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Processing is initiated once payment has been received. The processing time includes the time it takes to process your order and the painting process, which includes painting and drying. Please note that oil paint is a type of slow-drying paint that consists of particles of pigment suspended in a drying oil. The speed with which the oil dries greatly depends on humidity and changes in the weather. As it is impossible to predict weather conditions and the speed with which the oil will dry, it is impossible to accurately predict when the painting will be dry enough to ship.
- The shipping time
Shipping time is from when the product leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. The delivery time will depend on shipping method you will choose (NORMAL or EXPRESS) during the registration process of your order (see details below about delivery methods). Our gallery can not be held liable for late delivery.
NORMAL Delivery Method
Your painting will be sent by reputed courier service in the regular mode of transport. Depending on the location of destination this may take around 10-15 working days to reach you, after the parcel is despatched from our art gallery. Please note that the Normal Delivery does not guarantee date specific deliveries, nor do they offer a tracking service for standard mail parcels.
Weight and size :
- The maximum weight per item is between 20-30 kg, depends on destination country.
- The maximum size for each EMS item is not exceed 1,05m for any one dimension and 2m for the sum of the length and the greatest circumference measured in a direction other than the length.
ESPRESS Delivery Method
We offer express delivery service via carrier like UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, or EMS. This delivery method is sometimes imposed at some orders. If you want to send your painting with one of these delivery methods, you must select one of the EXPRESS carrier that will be proposed depending on the destination country, in DELIVERY page when registering your order.
For packages shipped by EMS, the delivery will be by equivalent delivery by reputed transporter service of the destination country, in express mode. Depending on the destination, the delivery can take about 5-6 business days to reach the recipient, after the release of the package of our workshop.
- EMS deliveries can usually be tracked in 2 places : The post office in the country the package is shipped from.
- The post office in the country the package is shipped to.

- The maximum size for each EMS item is not exceed 1,5 m for any one dimension and 3m for the sum of the length and the greatest circumference measured in a direction other than the length.
Shipping costs are determined by transportation method chosen, as well as the weight. The weight is not based on actual one, but on the converted weight calculated as follows :
You can find the shipping costs of the order in your cart by entering your country. The rates will also be displayed during the checkout process prior to entering a payment method.
Lost and Damaged Products
We guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your order arrives complete and within the estimated delivery time frame. Occasionally, however, packages may become lost or damaged in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact us.
