The Coffee Grinder by Juan Gris

This remarkable work illustrates the stylistic maturity of the famous Spanish painter Juan Gris, deliberately titled “The Coffee Grinder”. It fits in an exemplary way into the cubist movement through its methodical deconstruction and refined palette of ochre and black.
